Peas Pulao (Matar Pulao)
Ingredients for Peas Pulao:
1. Biryani rice – 2 cups
2. Salt – As required
3. Ghee – 2 big spoons
4. Cloves – 2
Cardamom – 4
Cinnamon – 1 small piece
5. Green peas cooked – 1 cup
How to prepare Peas Pulao?
1. Add a little ghee and cook rice adding sufficient water.
2. Heat ghee and fry cloves, cinnamon and cardamom.
3. Add cooked green peas and mix well the ingredients.
4. Add the cooked rice to it, mix well and take off from flame.
