Mushroom Pulao

Ingredients for Mushroom Pulao:

1. Basmati rice – 3 cups

2. Ghee – 5 big spoons

3. Cumin seeds – 1 small spoon

4. Cinnamon – 1 small piece

    Cardamom and cloves – 4 each

5. Ginger-garlic paste -2 big spoons

6. Onions -2, chopped

7. Mushroom – 200 gm

8. Hot oil – 6 cups

    Salt – As required

How to prepare Mushroom Pulao?

1. Wash rice and place it to drain excess water.

2. Heat ghee and sputter cumin seeds.

3. Add ingredients no: 4 and fry.

4. Add ginger-garlic paste, mix well and add onions.

5. When onions are well sauted, add mushrooms and mix well.

6. Add rice to it, and fry for next 5 minutes.

7. Add hot water and salt and cook the contents.
