Moringa Leaves Pulissery (Muringa Ila Pulissery)

Ingredients for Moringa Leaves Pulissery (Muringa Ila Pulissery):

1. Coconut oil – 1 big spoon

2. Mustard – ½ small spoon

    Fenugreek seeds – ¼ small spoon

    Red chillies – 2, cut into two

    Curry leaves – 2 stalks

3. Tomato – 1, chopped fine

4. Green chillies – 3 or 4, split into 4

5. Muringa leaves cleaned – 1 cup

6. Water – ½ cup

7. Thick curd blend well – 1 cup

8. Salt – For taste

How to prepare Moringa Leaves Pulissery (Muringa Ila Pulissery)?

1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté ingredients no: 2.

2. Add tomatoes and green chillies, and sauté for a while.

3. Add salt and moringa leaves and sauté again.

4. Add ½ cup water.

5. When water boils well, reduce the flame and add curd. Turn off the flame.

6. Never allow the curry to boil.
