Minced meat Pulaav and Coriander leaf chutney
Minced meat ingredients:
- Cooked and minced meat – ½ kg
- Onion chopped – 3
- Tomato chopped – 3
- Ginger grinded – 1 inch piece
- Garlic grinded – 7 cloves
- Chilli powder – 1 spoon
- Vinegar – 2 tsp
- Coriander leaves – 1 bundle
- Ghee – 3 big spoons
Method of preparation of Minced Meat:
- Heat ghee in a pan and sauté onions. When it’s done add tomato and sauté again.
- When tomato is cooked add ginger, garlic and chilli powder and sauté again.
- Add minced meat and sauté till becomes golden brown.
- Add a little hot water along with salt.
- When it’s cooked add coriander leaves and reduce its flame.
- Add a little vinegar and put the flame off.
- Meat side dish should be dry.
Coriander chutney ingredients:
- Coriander leaves – 1 bundle
- Green chillies – 6-7
- Coconut scrapped – ½ cup
- Cumin seeds – ½ tsp
- Ginger – half inch piece
- Garlic – 4 cloves
- Lemon juice – Of half lemon
- Sugar – a pinch
- Salt – as needed
Method of preparation of Coriander Chutney:
Grind all the ingredients together to get coriander chutney.
Soup ingredients:
- Mutton bone – ½ kg
- Water – 4 cups
- Cinnamon 1 inch piece – 2
- Cloves – 5
- Crushed pepper – ½ tsp
- Garlic crushed – 3 cloves
Method of preparation of Soup:
- Cook all ingredients together in a pressure cooker.
- Drain soup. Serve hot.
Pulao rice ingredients:
- Basmati rice – 2 cup
- Soup – 4 cups
Method of preparation of Rice Pulao:
- Pre-heat oven 150 degree Celsius
- Cook rice in 4 cup of soups. Dry moisture completely.
- Apply a little ghee on baking dish
- Spread a little mint meat on the dish. Spread rice on the top and pour chutney on the top.
- Repeat the steps 5 times. Mint meat layer should come on the top.
- Pour butter here and there on the top by making small troughs.
- Close tightly with a lid and bake in pre-heat oven for 25 minutes in 150 degree Celsius.
- Decorate using fried cashew nuts and raisins, onion slices and boiled egg pieces.
