Meat Filled Cutlet
Ingredients for Meat Filled Cutlet:
1. Raw banana – 1
Colocasia – 1
2. Red chilli powder – 1 small spoon
Salt – For taste
3. Rice powder – 3 big spoons
Corn flour – 1 big spoon
4. Oil – 3 big spoons
5. Onions – 1, chopped fine
Green chilli – 1
Ginger – ½ inch piece crushed
Garlic – 4 cloves, crushed
6. Meat minced – 100 gm, cooked
7. Garam masala powder – 1/4 small spoon
8. White yolk – From 2 eggs
9. Oil – For frying
How to prepare Meat Filled Cutlet?
1. Remove skin from banana and colocasia and wash well.
2. Cook them adding ingredients no: 2.
3. When it’s done, smash well before it gets cooled.
4. Add ingredients no: 3 to it and mix well.
5. Heat oil and sauté ingredients no: 5.
6. When onions are sauted well, reduce the flame.
7. Add meat and garam masala powder, mix well and take off from flame.
8. Apply a little oil in your palm.
9. Place a little vegetable mixture in your palm and spread it.
10. Place a little meat filling inside it and spread it once again. Minced meat should be fully stuffed.
11. Dip each cutlet in beaten white yolk and deep fry in hot oil.
