Jeera Rice Soup
Ingredients for Jeera Rice Soup:
1. Ghee – 2 big spoons
2. Onions – 1, finely chopped
Garlic chopped – 1 big spoon
Capsicum – 1, finely chopped
Carrot – 1, grated
Celery – 2, finely chopped
3. Maida – 3 big spoons
Salt – 1 small spoon
Pepper powder – ½ small spoon
4. Jeerakasala rice cooked – 1.5 cups
Water – 2.5 cups
Soup cubes – 2
5. Milk – ½ cup
Almonds -15, sliced thin lengthwise
Coriander leaves chopped – ¼ cup
How to prepare Jeera Rice Soup?
1. Heat ghee and sauté ingredients no: 2.
2. Sauté till celery is well cooked.
3. Add ingredients no: 3 and fry.
4. When contents are fried, add ingredients no: 4 and allow to boil.
5. Close the lid and cook for 5-10 minutes.
6. Add ingredients no: 5 and heat it, but take off from flame before it boils.
7. Serve hot.
