Healthy Chicken 65
Ingredients for Chicken 65:
- Chicken – 1 kg
- Chilli powder – 2 tsp
- Coriander powder – 1 tsp
- Lemon juice – 1/2 table spoon
- Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
- Fennel seeds powder – 1/2 tsp
- Salt – 1 tsp
- Egg – 1
- Curry leaves – as needed
- Green chillies – 2
- Garlic paste – 1 table spoon
- Coconut oil – as needed
Method of preparation of Chicken 65:
- Add ingredients 2-10 to chicken pieces and mix well. Keep it for at least half an hour.
- Heat oil and fry chicken pieces.
- When it’s almost done, add curry leaves and green chillies.
- Using a spatula fry it well and drain it from hot oil.
- Serve hot.
