Curry Egg Wrap
Ingredients for Curry Egg Wrap:
1. Kadala curry (Chick peas curry) – Leftover
2. Chappatti – 1
3. Egg – 1, beaten
4. Tomato, coriander leaves and onion – finely chopped, as required
Salt and pepper – As required
How to prepare Curry Egg Wrap?
1. Heat chick peas curry in a pan. Boil till gravy turns thick.
2. Heat tawa, and pour beaten egg.
3. Place chappatti on its top and press it well.
4. Place curry as filling at the centre of chappatti.
5. Place ingredients no: 4 also as a layer.
6. Roll the chappatti tightly and place a toothpick in the middle to hold it tight.
7. Cut the wrap to two pieces and serve.
