Crunchy Chicken Fingers
Ingredients for Crunchy Chicken Fingers:
1. Chicken breast – 4, cut lengthwise with 1-inch thickness
2. Thick buttermilk – ½ cup
Garlic paste – 1 small spoon
Ginger paste – 1/2 small spoon
Salt and pepper powder – As required
3. Eggs – 1, beaten
4. Corn flakes smashed well (not well powdered) – ½ cup
Bread crumbs – ¼ cup
5. Oil – As required
How to prepare Crunchy Chicken Fingers?
1. Marinate chicken with ingredients no: 2 and place in refrigerator for one hour.
2. Drain off the water from marinated chicken and dip in beaten eggs.
3. Mix together ingredients no: 4.
4. Roll chicken pieces in corn flakes-bread crumbs mixture.
5. Deep fry in hot oil.
