Chinese Rice Konji
Ingredients for Chinese Rice Konji:
1. Basmati rice – ½ cup
2. Water – 4 cups
Chicken breast – finely chopped after removing bones
Garlic finely chopped – 1 big spoon
Ginger finely chopped – 1 big spoon
Oyster sauce – 1 big spoon
Soya sauce – 1 big spoon
Pepper powder – ½ small spoon
Salt – As required
3. Pepper powder and gingelly oil – As required
Spring onion finely chopped – 2 big spoons
How to prepare Chinese Rice Konji?
1. Wash rice, soak it for a while and drain off excess water.
2. Boil rice along with ingredients no: 2.
3. After that simmer the flame and cook the contents well in low flame.
4. Cook till water content is almost absorbed.
5. Rice konji should be thick, but it should not be dry.
6. If you need, add excess water.
7. Add pepper powder and gingelly oil.
8. Decorate your Chinese Rice Konji with spring onions and serve hot.
