Chicken 65 – Method 2

Ingredients for Chicken 65:

  1. Chicken pieces – 1 kg
  2. Coconut oil – ½ kg
  3. Chilli powder – 2 tsp
  4. Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
  5. Pepper powder – 1 tsp
  6. Garam masala powder – 2 tsp
  7. Ginger paste – 50 gm
  8. Corn flour – 50 gm
  9. Hen egg – 1
  10. Garlic paste – 50 gm
  11. Red colour – 1 pinch
  12. Salt – as required 
For garnishing:
Salad cucumber, carrot, onion and tomato – as needed (sliced to round pieces)
 

How to prepare Chicken 65?

  1. Mix all powders and grinded items together along with salt and egg adding a little water.
  2. Marinate chicken pieces and keep it aside for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken pieces till it becomes brown.
  4. Take a serving plate and spread chicken pieces. Then decorate using cucumber, carrot, onion and tomato according to your imagination.
