Cashew – Chocolate Burfi
Ingredients for Cashew-Chocolate Burfi:
1. Khova – 300 gm
2. Sugar – 300 gm
3. Cashew powdered – 150 gm
4. Ghee – 100 gm
5. Milk chocolate melted – 100 gm
How to prepare Cashew-Chocolate Burfi?
1. Add sufficient water to sugar to prepare sugar syrup.
2. Add khova to the boiling sugar syrup.
3. Add ghee little by little, and keep stirring.
4. After full ghee is added, add cashew powder and mix well.
5. When the contents start bubbling, put the flame off.
6. Take a container and spread a little ghee before the contents are transferred to it.
7. Take a small spoon to spread milk chocolate on the top of the burfi.
8. When burfi cools a little bit, you can cut into desired shapes.
