Uthappam
Ingredients for Uthappam:
1. Oil/ghee – As needed
2. Dosa batter – ½ litre
3. Onions chopped fine – 1 cup
Tomato chopped fine – 1 cup
Green chillies – 3, chopped fine
Coriander leaves chopped fine – 1/4 cup
Salt – As required
How to prepare Uthappam?
1. Mix ingredients no: 3 together to make the spreading.
2. Grease the tawa and spread one big spoon of batter.
3. Sprinkle the onion-tomato mixture on the top of batter to form a uniform layer.
4. Spread ghee or oil on its top.
5. When one side is done, flip once.
6. When your Uttappam gets well fried, take it from tawa.
7. Continue the process for remaining batter.
8. Serve hot.
