Tomato – Egg Rice

Ingredients for Tomato – Egg Rice:

1. Basmati rice – 50 gm

2. Tomato small sized – 1, chopped

    Onion – ½, chopped

3. Egg beaten – 1

    Turmeric powder, salt – For taste

4. Oil – 1 tablespoon

How to prepare Tomato – Egg Rice?

1. Cook rice and strain excess water.

2. Heat oil in a pan and sauté ingredients no: 2.

3. Mix it with ingredients no: 3, and scramble the eggs.

4. When water content is fully absorbed, add boiled rice.

5. Continue frying for a few more minutes till water content is fully absorbed.
