Thairu – Mulaku Chammanthi (Curd Chilly Chutney)
Ingredients for Thairu – Mulaku Chammanthi (Curd – Chilly Chutney):
1. Coconut scrapped – 2 cups
Shallots – 6
Ginger – An inch piece
Green chillies – 5
Curry leaves – 2 stem
2. Curd – 1 cup, beaten
Salt – As needed
How to prepare Thairu – Mulaku Chammanthi (Curd – Chilly Chutney)?
1. Mix together ingredients no:1 and make a fine paste.
2. Add salt and curd and mix well.
3. Serve chilled with cooked tapioca.
