Thai Style Fish Salad

Ingredients for Thai Style Fish Salad:

For dressing:

1. Well ripen reddish green chillies – 1 or 2

    Garlic – 3 cloves

    Salt – For taste

2. Jaggery/Palm jaggery grated – 2 big spoons

    Oyster sauce – 1 big spoon

    Lemon juice – From 1 big sized lemon

3. Seer fish cut into pieces – ½ kg

4. Salt and pepper powder – For taste

    Chilli powder – 1 big spoon

5. Oil – As required

6. Onions – 1 big, chopped

    Salad cucumber cut into small square pieces – 1.5 cups

    Spring onion chopped – ½ cup

How to prepare Thai Style Fish Salad?

1. Crush ingredients no: 1 together and add ingredients no: 2.

2. Mix the contents together to prepare the dressing.

3. Marinate fish pieces using ingredients no: 4.

4. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry fish pieces.

5. Fish pieces should be well cooked and golden in colour.

6. Using hands separate cooked fish as layers.

7. Mix ingredients no: 6 together in a bowl.

8. Add dressing and fish and toss the contents.

9. You can serve it hot or chilled.
