Thai Spicy Chicken

Ingredients for Thai Spicy Chicken:

1. Chicken breast – 1, cut into pieces

2. Crushed chillies – ½ small spoon

    Salt – For taste

    Pepper powder – 1 small spoon

3. Eggs – 2, beaten

    Bread crumbs – As required

4. Oil – For taste

5. Ginger chopped – 1 small spoon

    Garlic chopped – 1 small spoon

6. Soya sauce – 2 small spoons

7. Peanut butter – 1 small spoon

    Brown sugar – 1 small spoon

8. Hot sauce – For taste

9. Corn flour – 1 small spoon mixed in water

How to prepare Thai Spicy Chicken?

1. Marinate chicken pieces using salt, pepper powder and crushed chillies.

2. Allow chicken to rest for a while.

3. Dip chicken pieces in beaten eggs and bread crumbs.

4. Deep fry them in hot oil.

5. Heat oil and sauté ginger and garlic.

6. Add soya sauce, followed by peanut button and brown sugar.

7. Mix the contents well, and add hot sauce.

8. Add corn flour powder mixed with water and cook the contents till gravy thickens.

9. Add fried chicken pieces, mix well and put the flame off.
