Tamarind Leaf Chutney (Puliyila Chammanthi)
Ingredients for Tamarind Leaf Chutney (Puliyila Chammanthi):
1. Oil – ½ Cup
2. Mustard – 2 small spoons
Fenugreek seeds – 2 pinch
Black gram dal – 2 small spoons
Red chillies – 3, cut into 2 pieces
Chilli powder – 1 small spoon
3. Tamarind leaves cleaned and made a paste – 2 cups
4. Asafoetida powder – 1 small spoon
Sugar – ¼ small spoon
5. Salt – As needed
How to prepare Tamarind Leaf Chutney (Puliyila Chammanthi)?
1. Heat oil and fry ingredients no: 2.
