Summer Salad

Ingredients for Summer Salad:

1. Pears cut into square pieces – 1 cup

    Apple cut into square pieces – 1 cup

    Mango fruit – 2, cut into square pieces

    Water melon scooped as small balls – 1 cup

    Musk melon scooped as small balls – 1/2 cup

    Papaya cut into square pieces – 1/2 cup

    Kerala banana (big) – 1, cut into square pieces

    Pine apple cut into square pieces – 1/2 cup

    Potato – 1, cut into square pieces after boiling

    Tomato – 1, cut into square pieces after removing seeds

    Capsicum red – 1, cut into square pieces after removing seeds

   Salad cucumber cut into square pieces – 1/2 cup

Dressing

2. Fresh cream – 2 big spoons

    Water melon juice – 2 big spoons

    Honey – 1 big spoon

    Chilli-garlic sauce – 1 big spoon

    Spring onion finely chopped – 2 big spoons

    Ginger juice – 1 small spoon

    Salt & pepper – As required

3. Salad/lettuce leaf – As needed

How to prepare Summer Salad?

1. Mix together ingredients no: 1.

2. Mix separately ingredients no: 2.

3. Now mix both these ingredients together by tossing.

4. In the serving bowl, place lettuce leaf first.

5. Spread your summer salad on its top and place in refrigerator.

6. Serve chilled.
