Stuffed Omelette
Ingredients for Stuffed Omelette:
1. Egg beaten – 3
Salt and pepper – For taste
2. Onion chopped – 1
Ginger-garlic paste – ½ tsp
3. Tomato chopped – 1
Chilli powder – As required
Garam masala – ¼ tsp
Salt – For taste
4. Ghee – 2 tablespoons
How to prepare Stuffed Omelette?
1. Heat oil and sauté ingredients no: 2.
2. When onions turn golden brown, add ingredients no: 3.
3. Sauté the contents and put the flame off.
4. Add salt and pepper to eggs, beat well and prepare omelettes.
5. Place a little filling at the centre portion, wrap it and serve.
6. You can also slice into pieces and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
