Spicy Brinjal
Ingredients for Spicy Brinjal:
1. Violet brinjal – 600 gm
2. Oil – As required
3. Ginger chopped – 2 big spoons
Garlic chopped – 3 cloves
4. Coriander powder – 1 big spoon
Fennel powder – 1 small spoon
Pepper powder – ½ small spoon
Turmeric powder – ¼ small spoon
Salt – As required
Green chillies – 5
How to prepare Spicy Brinjal?
1. Marinate brinjal with oil and burn it by placing above gas flame.
2. Then cut the burned brinjal to square pieces.
3. Heat oil in a pan and sauté ingredients no: 3.
4. Add ingredients no: 4 and sauté again.
5. When it is done, add the brinjals.
6. Stir it well and put the flame off.
