Shrikhand

Ingredients for Shrikhand:

1. Curd – 2 cup

2. Sugar powdered – ¼ cup

    Cardamom powder – ¼ small spoon

    Saffron – A pinch, soaked in a big spoon of lukewarm water

    Custard apple – 1, pulp extracted

3. Nuts chopped – 2 big spoons

How to prepare Shrikhand?

1. Hang curd in a muslin cloth somewhere and squeeze excess moisture content.

2. Beat it well and mix it well with ingredients no: 2.

3. Knead the mixture till it turns soft.

4. Refrigerate Shrikhand for 2 hours and serve it. Decorate it with a few nuts as well.
