Seva Sago Payasam
Ingredients for Seva Sago Payasam:
1. Sago – ½ cup
2. Vermicelli – ½ cup
3. Milk – 1 litre
4. Cashews broken – 1 tsp
5. Raisins – 1 tsp
6. Condensed milk – 1 tin
7. Ghee – 1 tsp
8. Water – 2 cups
How to prepare Seva Sago Payasam?
1. Fry sago in ghee for 1 minute.
2. Add 2 cups of water and boil for 10 minutes.
3. Add milk and allow the contents to boil.
4. Continue boiling for 10-15 minutes and add roasted vermicelli.
5. Boil the payasam for 15 minutes more.
6. Add condensed milk and reduce the flame.
7. Cook for 5 more minutes and stir continuously.
8. Remove from flame.
9. Fry raisins and cashews in ghee and sprinkle on its top.
