Rohan Shah – Hindi TV Actor and Model of ‘Itna Karo Na Mujhe Pyaar’ fame
Rohan Shah is a successful model and TV actor associated with Hindi shows. As a child model he joined modelling industry in the early 2000s and has featured in many TV ads since then. As a child model he is immensely popular for the ad of Sundrops cooking oil. His Cadbury’s ad and Hajnola ad are also popular. Since then he has appeared in more than 300 television commercials. As an actor, he earned recognition through his debut show, Itna Karo Na Mujhe Pyaar where he essayed the teenager Agham Khanna in the recurring cast.
Rohan Shah was born in Mumbai on 29 December 1994. His professional career began in 2001 as a child model. He was only six when he did Colgate ad. Since then he has shared screen space with many big stars for TV ads, which made him immensely popular. He was also the part of TV shows like Boogie Woogie, and episodic programs like Humse Hai Life, V The Serial, Gumrah: End of Innocence etc. In 2013 he marked his acting debut through the show Itna Karo Na Mujhe Pyaar.
Rohan Shah – Some interesting and less-known facts
1. As a child model he has appeared in the ads of Pepsi, Hajmola etc. He appeared as the rolling boy in Sundrops ad.
2. For his first TV ad assignment of Colgate, he got 60K Indian rupees at the age of just six.
3. He has appeared aside Amitabh Bachchan as a child model in Hajmola ad, where both were seen shaking their legs. He was featured with Ajay Devgan in yet another Hajmola ad.
4. He has also featured aside Amitabh Bachchan and Divya Dutta as a child model in Maggie’s noodles ad.
5. As a teenager he has appeared in ads of Idea Network, Cadbury’s Perk etc. Boost ad aside M.S Dhoni and Virat Kohli, and also with Sachin Tendulkar, Pepsi ad et are a few more.
6. He played the childhood role of Vivek Oberoi in Bollywood film, Krrish 3.
7. He has directed the short film “Lovestorying” and also played the lead role. Yet acting remains his top priority.
