Rice – Sweet Corn Bites

Ingredients for Rice – Sweet Corn Bites:

1. Butter – 1 table spoon

    Maida – 2 table spoons

    Milk – 1 cup

2. Crushed sweet corn – ½ cup

    Cooked rice – 1 cup

    Green chilli chopped – 1

    Pepper powder – 1 tsp

    Coriander leaves chopped – ½ cp

    Salt – For taste

For coating:

3. Oil – 1 table spoon

4. Maida – 1 table spoon

    Bread crumbs – 2 table spoons

How to prepare Rice – Sweet Corn Bites?

1. Heat butter in a tawa and add maida to it. Mix it well.

2. Add milk to it, and keep stirring.

3. When this mixture turns thick, take from flame and transfer to a bowl.

4. Add ingredients no: 2 to it and mix well.

5. Add a little water to maida and mix well.

6. Make balls from corn mixture.

7. Dip each ball in maida mixture and wrap in breadcrumbs to get a fine coat.

8. Gently press them once.

9. Heat oil and deep fry them.

10. Serve hot with chutney or sauce of your choice.
