Rava Dosa

Ingredients for Rava Dosa:

1. Rava – 1 cup

    Rice flour – ¾ cup

    Maida – ½ cup

    Turmeric powder – A pinch

    Cumin seeds – 1 small spoon

    Curry leaves chopped – 1 big spoon

    Coriander leaves chopped – 1 big spoon

    Green chillies – 2, chopped

    Salt – For taste

    Curd with mild sourness – ½ cup

2. Water – 2 cups

3. Oil, ghee – As required

How to prepare Rava Dosa?

1. Mix ingredients no: 1 in a big bowl.

2. Add water to it and mix well to prepare thin batter.

3. Pour batter in a non-stick pan in circular shape. But never spread it using a spoon.

4. Close it using a lid and cook for 1-2 minutes.

5. Pour oil through its sides and wait till it turns crispy.

6. Fold once and take off the flame.

7. Spread ghee on top and serve hot with coconut chutney.
