Raisins Chutney (Kismis Chutney)

Ingredients for Raisins Chutney (Kismis Chutney):

1. Raisins – 1 cup

    Red chillies – 3, fried

    Shallots – 6, along with skin

    Ginger – 1 small piece

    Mustard – ½ small spoon

    Salt – As required

2. Vinegar – ¼ cup

How to prepare Raisins Chutney (Kismis Chutney)?

1. Mix ingredients no: 1 together.

2. Add vinegar and grind it to a course paste.

3. It should not be a smooth paste, and is not so thick.

4. You can serve raisins chutney with biryani of your choice.
