Quick Burger
Ingredients for Quick Burger:
1. Beef minced – 2 cups
Brown bread crumbs – 1 cup
Onion – 1 small, chopped fine
Mustard sauce – ½ small spoon
Egg – 1, beaten
Worcestershire sauce – 1 small spoon
Salt – ½ small spoon
Pepper powder – 1 small spoon
2. Oil – For frying
3. Small buns – 8
4. Cheese slices – 8
5. Tomato – 4, sliced in round pieces
Onion – 1, sliced in round pieces
How to prepare Quick Burger?
1. Take contents no: 1 in a bowl and mix well.
2. Divide the mixture into 8 equal parts.
3. Make patties of ½ inch thickness and deep fry in hot oil.
4. Fry both sides two minutes each.
5. Reduce the flame and cook the patties for 8-10 minutes with lid closed.
6. Flip both sides occasionally and continue cooking till both sides are well cooked.
7. Slice buns into two equal halves.
8. Place cheese on one half of the bun and then one patty, followed by sliced tomato and onion pieces.
9. Cover it using the other half of bun, and use a cocktail stick to fix the bun perfectly.
