Prawn Salad
Ingredients for Prawn Salad:
1. Cooked prawns – 1 cup
Onion – 1, chopped fine
Celery chopped – ¼ cup
Tomato – 1, chopped fine
Lettuce chopped – 1
Mayonnaise – 2 big spoons
Lemon juice – 1 small spoon
2. Salt and pepper – As required
How to prepare Prawn Salad?
1. Mix all ingredients listed as 1 in a bowl.
2. Also add salt and pepper.
3. In a serving plate, spread a few lettuce leaves.
4. Place the salad on its top and serve.
