Prawn Puffs

Ingredients for Prawn Puffs:

1. Cooked prawns – ½ cup (cut into two if prawns are big)

    Onions chopped – ¼ cup

    Green chillies chopped – 1 big spoon

    Ginger chopped fine – ½ small spoon

2. Water – 1 cup

3. Vanaspati – 1 big spoon

    Salt – ¼ small spoon

4. Maida – 1 cup

5. Eggs – 2

6. Soda bi carbonate – A pinch

7. Oil – For frying

How to prepare Prawn Puffs?

1. Mix together ingredients no: 1.

2. Boil Vanaspati, salt and water together.

3. Take off the flame and add maida.

4. Mix the contents without forming lumps using a ladle.

5. Add eggs one after another and mix well.

6. Finally add soda bi carbonate and mix again.

7. Add prawn mixture to maida mixture and mix well.

8. Heat oil in a pan and pour prawn maida mixture in small quantities using a small spoon.

9. Deep fry till prawn puffs turn golden brown

10. Serve it aside tomato sauce or chilli sauce.
