Prawn Fried Rice
Ingredients for Prawn Fried Rice:
1. Garlic – 4 cloves
Ripen chillies – 4
Salt – For taste
2. Oyster sauce – ¼ cup
Soya sauce – 1 big spoon
Fish sauce – 1 big spoon
Sugar – 1 big spoon
3. Olive oil – 3 big spoons
4. Onion – 1 big, chopped
5. Prawns cleaned – 250 gm
6. Basmati rice cooked – 3 cups
7. Basil leaves chopped – 1 cup
8. Ripen chillies – 2
Spring onions – As needed
How to prepare Prawn Fried Rice?
1. Crush ingredients no: 1 together.
2. Mix ingredients no: 2 in a bowl and prepare sauce mixture.
3. Heat oil in a pan, and add onions along with crushed ingredients.
4. Sauté the ingredients for 30 seconds in high flame.
5. Add prawns and saute for 1 minute.
6. When prawns are cooked, add cooked rice and sauce mixture, and cook in high flame.
7. Add basil leaves and toss the contents.
8. Put off the flame, and add spring onions and ripen chillies.
