Pradhuman Singh – Bollywood actor best known for playing fake Osama Bin Laden in ‘Tere Bin Laden’
Pradhuman Singh is a Bollywood actor best known for playing supporting roles. He shot to fame playing duplicate Osama Bin Laden in 2010 comedy film, ‘Tere Bin Laden’. In the movie he appears as an innocent fellow who is impersonated using fake makeup to resemble the terrorist to shoot a video. He also reprised the same character in the sequel, Tere Bin Laden: Dead or Alive, released 6 years later. The Zoya Factor, Life Ki Toh Lag Gayi and Dilliwaali Girlfriend are a few more roles in character roles. He is also a dialogue writer who wrote the dialogues of Blackmail, starring Irrfan Khan, released in 2018. The comedy film was a box office hit.
Pradhuman Singh is an actor based in Noida, UP. His family originally belongs to Dehradun and he was brought up in Delhi. He belongs to a Rajput family. He was into IT field and has worked in Wipro before joining acting stream. Since young he has been a great fan of actor Dev Anand and also comedian Surendra Sharma. He loved to copycat the style, hair style and gimmicks of Dev Anand during his childhood days.
He has done theatre with Abhishek Sharma during his academic years, and since then Sharma has noticed his resemblance with Osama Bin Laden. Later when he made his debut with ‘Tere Bin Laden’, he gave Singh a major break through the film. It was Pradhuman’s debut movie too. The director felt that the boy with big nose will have uncanny resemblance with the terrorist if he lose some pounds, and given suitable makeup.
Though the small-cap comedy was a major hit and it earned Singh recognition in Bollywood, he couldn’t get big roles. In his honest words, though the movies didn’t work, he could at least pay his rent for two years. He is still to find a foot in the industry and is still known by his debut role as fake Tere Bin Laden.

3. Till the promo of Tere Bin Laden got released, he kept it secret from his family members as well as friends. As he was playing the most wanted terrorist on earth, he was not sure about the response of his family and dear ones.
