Pizza Dosa
You can prepare this ‘desi pizza’ at home with easy ingredients, and your kid will definitely love it. You can send this dish for lunch or surprise him in the evening when he returns home. This dosa is colourful, delicious and highly nutritious too.
Ingredients for Pizza Dosa:
1. Dosa batter – As required
2. Egg – 1, beaten
3. Tomato – ½
4. Chopped onion – ½
Black olive pieces – 2 tsp
Carrot chopped – 1 table spoon
Flax seeds crushed – ¼ tsp
Coriander leaves – 2 tsp
5. Mozzarella cheese – As required
How to prepare Pizza Dosa?
1. Heat a dosa pan and spread a spoon of dosa batter as a thin layer.
2. When it’s done, add a beaten egg and spread it completely as a layer.
3. Sprinkle a little of all ingredients listed as 4, followed by mozzarella cheese.
4. Flip dosa once and fry that side also.
5. When it’s done, spread a little ghee and serve hot.
