Pineapple Prawns Fried Rice
Ingredients for Pineapple Prawns Fried Rice:
1. Pineapple – 1, big
2. Oil – A little
3. Garlic – 3 cloves
Onion – 1 medium sized, chopped fine
4. Crushed red chillies – 1 big spoon
5. Boneless chicken cooked and chopped into small pieces – ½ cup
6. Eggs – 2, beaten
7. Prawns – ½ cup
Salt and pepper powder – For taste
8. Basmati rice cooked – 2 cups
9. Pineapple chopped fine – ½ cup
Spring onion chopped – ½ cup
Cilantro chopped – ¼ cup
Cashews – 2 big spoons
Soya sauce – 1 big spoon
Fish sauce – 1 small spoon
Curry powder – 1 small spoon
10. Lemon pieces – To decorate
How to prepare Pineapple Prawns Fried Rice?
1. Split pineapple lengthwise into two halves.
2. While splitting make sure that head portion of one half is not chopped.
3. Scoop pineapple flesh from inside of this half and get a bowl shape. It can be used as serving plate.
4. Till this pineapple plate is used, flip it upside down.
5. Heat oil and sauté garlic and onions.
6. Add crushed chillies and sauté again.
7. Add chicken pieces and sauté again.
8. When it is done, add 2 beaten eggs and scramble the contents.
9. Add prawns, salt and pepper and cook the contents.
10. Finally add cooked rice, followed by ingredients no: 9.
11. Mix the contents well and put off the flame.
12. Transfer the prawn rice to pineapple bowl and decorate with lemon pieces.
