Pineapple Lassi

Ingredients for Pineapple Lassi:

1. Pineapple pieces blended in a mixer – 500 gm

2. Curd – 500 gm

3. Sugar boiled adding water – 30 milli

4. Rose water essence – A few drops

How to prepare Pineapple Lassi?

1. Mix all ingredients together in a mixer.

2. Serve chilled.
