Pineapple – Garlic Chutney

Ingredients for Pineapple – Garlic Chutney:

1. Pineapple jam – 1 cup

    Lemon juice – ¼ cup

    Chilli powder – ½ small spoon

    Ginger paste – ½ small spoon

    Garlic paste – ½ small spoon

    Mustard paste – ½ small spoon, made a paste adding vinegar

    White vinegar – ½ cup

2. Garlic cloves cooked in steam and water removed – 1 cup

How to prepare Pineapple – Garlic Chutney?

1. Mix together ingredients no: 1.

2. Transfer the contents to a thick bottomed pan.

3. Boil the contents till it turns ¾ thick.

4. Add cooked garlic cloves and mix slowly. Garlic cloves should not break.

5. When the chutney boils put off the flame.

6. When it cools, store in jars for later use.
