Pepper Chilli Crab Fry
Ingredients for Pepper Chilli Crab Fry:
1. Flower crab – 1 kg
2. Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
3. Pepper powder – 1.5 table spoon
4. Chilli powder – 2 table spoons
5. Garlic – 10 —12 nos.
6. Lemon juice – Extracted from one lemon
7. Curry leaves – 2 stems
8. Salt and coconut oil – As required
How to prepare Pepper Chilli Crab Fry?
1. Clean crab and cut into pieces.
2. Marinate crab pieces using the three powders, along with lemon juice and salt.
3. Allow it to rest for 15 minutes.
4. Heat coconut oil in a thick-bottomed pan.
5. Crush garlic cloves (without removing skin) and fry in hot oil.
6. Add marinated crab pieces to hot oil and fry in low flame.
7. Flip crab pieces once after 12 minutes and fry that side too.
8. When both sides are well cooked, put off the flame.
9. Serve hot with rice or any main course dish of your choice.
