Peanut Salad
Ingredients for Peanut Salad:
1. Groundnut – 1 cup
2. Coconut oil – 1 big spoon
3. Curry leaves – 2 stems
4. Turmeric powder – ½ small spoon
Chilli powder – 1 small spoon
5. Salt – As required
6. Salad cucumber, carrot and green mango chopped fine – ¼ cup each
How to prepare Peanut Salad?
1. Roast the peanuts and remove skin, if present.
2. Heat oil and fry curry leaves.
3. Add turmeric powder and chilli powder, fry it and put off the flame.
4. Add groundnut and salt and mix well.
5. When it cools completely, add ingredients no: 6.
6. Manually mix your salad and serve.
