Pazham Vattichath

Ingredients for Pazham Vattichath:

1. Kerala Banana (Ethapazham) – 2, well ripen

2. Coconut milk – 2.5 glasses

3. Sugar – 4 big spoons

    Cardamom powdered – 2

4. Ghee – A little

How to prepare Pazham Vattichath?

1. Cut banana into round pieces and cook in coconut milk. Use thick bottomed pan.

2. When it’s done and water content is absorbed, add sugar and cardamom powder.

3. Smash the contents well and cook well.

4. Add ghee and put off the flame.
