Paneer Tikka
Ingredients for Paneer Tikka:
1. Paneer – 200 gm
2. Kashmiri Chilli powder – 4 small spoons
Tandoori chicken masala – 1 small spoon
Coriander powder – 2 small spoons
Turmeric powder – ½ small spoon
Cumin powder – 2 small spoons
Kasuri meti – 1 big spoon
Black salt – 1 small spoon
Salt – For taste
Ginger-garlic paste – 2 small spoons
Thick curd – 2 big spoons
3. Mustard oil – 3 big spoons
How to prepare Paneer Tikka?
1. Cut paneer into 6 big pieces.
2. Mix ingredients no: 2 in a bowl.
3. Add mustard little by little to this mixture and make a fine paste.
4. Marinate paneer using this paste, allow it to rest for 2 hours.
5. Pre-heat oven in 200 degree celsious.
6. Wrap paneer pieces in aluminium foil and bake them in pre-heated oven.
7. Serve hot with any chutney of your choice.
