Paneer Kofta Curry

Ingredients for Paneer Kofta Curry:

1. Paneer powdered – 200 gm

    Onions chopped – ½ cup

    Garam masala – 1 tsp

    Coriander powder – 2 tsp

    Salt – For taste

2. Oil – For frying

3. Tomato chopped – 2

    Onions chopped – 3

4. Oil – 1 tablespoon

5. Garam masala, coriander powder, chilli powder – 1 tsp each

6. Turmeric powder – 1 tsp

    Salt – For taste

    Water – 2 cups

7. Fresh cream – To decorate

How to prepare Paneer Kofta Curry?

1. Mix ingredients no: 1 together, and make small balls.

2. Deep fry them in hot oil.

3. Bake these balls in pre-heated oven for 10 minutes, set temperature at 180 degree Celsius.

4. Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions and tomato.

5. Allow it to cool and make a fine paste.

6. Add the powders to heated oil and sauté for a few minutes till raw smell goes out.

7. Add onion-tomato paste and sauté for 7 minutes.

8. Add ingredients no: 6 and boil well.

9. Put off the flame and add baked paneer balls.

10. Decorate with fresh cream. Serve hot.
