Paneer Dosa

Ingredients for Paneer Dosa:

1. Raw rice – ¾ cup

    Boiled rice – ¾ cup

    Salt – For taste

2. Grated paneer – 1 cup

    Green chillies – 2, chopped fine

    Coriander leaves chopped fine – 1 big spoon

3. Ghee/oil – As needed

How to prepare Paneer Dosa?

1. Soak raw rice for three hours.

2. Make a fine paste adding boiled rice, salt and water.

3. Add ingredients no: 2 to the batter and mix well.

4. Heat a pan and spread a big spoon of batter as a thin layer.

5. Spread a little ghee or oil around its edges.

6. When it’s done, fold once and serve with chutney.
