Paneer Curry
Ingredients for Paneer Curry:
1. Paneer cubes – 150 gm
2. Onions and tomatoes chopped – 1 each
3. Cashew nuts – 6
4. Coriander leaves chopped – 1 tsp
5. Ginger-garlic paste – 1 table spoon
6. Chilli powder and salt – As needed
7. Sugar – A pinch
8. Oil – 1.5 table spoons
How to prepare Paneer Curry?
1. Make a fine powder of cashews in a blender.
2. Add tomatoes, onions, ginger-garlic paste and coriander leaves.
3. Add sufficient water and make a fine paste.
4. Heat oil in a kadai and transfer the gravy to it.
5. Bring the flame to medium and sauté the gravy for a while.
6. Keep sauting till a thin layer of oil separates from gravy.
7. Add half cup water, paneer cubes, salt and water.
8. Now cook your paneer in low flame for next 5-8 minutes.
