Palak Paripp Curry

Ingredients for Palak Paripp Curry:

1. Palak – ½ kg

2. Toor daal – 50 gm

3. Salt – For taste

   Turmeric powder – ½ small spoon

4. Coconut scrapped – 1 cup

    Chilli powder – 1 small spoon

5. Oil – 1 small spoon

6. Mustard and black gram – ¼ small spoon each

7. Red chillies – 2

How to prepare Palak Paripp Curry?

1. Cut palak to 1-inch pieces and cook it adding turmeric powder and water.

2. Cook toor dal adding salt.

3. Blend once scrapped coconut in the mixer adding chilli powder.

4. Add this coconut mixture to curry.

5. Heat oil and sputter mustard and black gram.

6. Add red chillies and fry well, and add to curry.

7. Take off from flame when curry boils.
