Orange Pudding
Ingredients for Orange Pudding:
1. Orange juice – 2.5 cups
2. Gelatin – 2 small spoons
3. Condensed milk – ¾ tin
Fresh cream – 200 milli
How to prepare Orange Pudding?
1. Mix gelatin in half cup orange and using double boiling method, melt it by placing above boiling water.
2. Add the remaining orange juice, condensed milk and fresh cream and mix well.
3. Refrigerate before you serve.

Orange Pudding – Recipe 2
Ingredients for Orange Pudding:
1. Milk – 1 cup
2. Condensed milk – ½ cup
Sugar – 4 big spoons
Gelatine – 1 big spoon, soaked in water
3. Orange pulp – 2 cups
How to prepare Orange Pudding?
1. Heat milk in a thick bottomed pan.
2. Add ingredients no: 2 to milk and stir continuously.
3. Add orange pulp and keep stirring.
4. When the pudding thickens, put off the flame.
5. Grease a serving plate and transfer the contents.
6. Allow your pudding to cool completely.
7. Place it in refrigerator for 1 hour and allow your pudding to set.
8. Cut into square pieces and serve along with ice cream.
