No Bake Mango Pudding

Ingredients for No Bake Mango Pudding:

1. Butter – 25 gm, made tender

    Sugar powdered – 2 big spoons

2. Well-ripen mango fruit chopped into small pieces – 2 cups

3. Marie gold biscuit – 200 gm packet

4. Thick cream – 200 milli

    Cream cheese – 3 big spoons

    Condensed milk – 200 gm

5. Sugar pearls – To decorate

How to prepare No Bake Mango Pudding?

1. Take soft butter and powdered sugar in a bowl, and blend well using a beater.

2. Add mango pieces and beat for a few moments at low speed.

3. Transfer the contents to a rectangular dish and level the upper part using a spoon.

4. Blend biscuits once using a mixer and spread on the top of mango mixture.

5. Refrigerate the pudding for one hour.

6. Take another bowl and beat ingredients no: 4 using a beater.

7. Take out the refrigerated mango-biscuit layer and pour the cream mixture on its top.

8. Refrigerate for 4 hours.

9. Decorate your mango pudding with sugar pearls of different colours and serve.

Ingredients for Mango Pudding:

1. Mangoes – 4

2. Fresh cream – ¼ cup

    Thick coconut milk – ½ cup

    Sugar – ½ cup

3. Gelatine – 1 spoon

How to prepare Mango Pudding?

1. Remove skin of mangoes and cut into pieces.

2. Mix mango pieces with ingredients no: 2 and transfer the contents to a pan.

3. Cook the mixture in low flame, till contents thicken.

4. Soak gelatine in a little water and melt it by heating in a pan.

5. Add this melted gelatine to mango pudding and mix the contents well.

6. Allow the contents to cool.

7. Keep your mango pudding in refrigerator for at least half an hour.

8. Place a little vanilla ice cream or fruits as topping and serve chilled.
