Mutton Kabab
Ingredients for Mutton Kabab:
1. Mutton lamb (not too hard) – ½ kg
Water – 400 milli
Salt – As needed
2. Oil – As required
3. Cumin seeds – 1 small spoon
4. Garlic chopped – 4 small spoons
Ginger chopped – 2 small spoons
Cardamom – 4
Cinnamon – 1 piece
Pepper – ½ small spoon
Red chillies – 2
Bengal gram – 100 gm soaked
5. Eggs – 2
6. Green chillies chopped fine – 4 small spoons
Onions chopped fine – 75 gm
7. Ghee – As needed
How to prepare Mutton Kabab?
1. Cook ingredients no: 1 in a thick bottomed pan.
2. Water content should be completely absorbed, and mutton should be cooked well.
3. When it cools, blend well in a mixer to get minced meat.
4. Heat oil in a pan and fry cumin seeds, followed by ingredients no: 4.
5. When it cools, make a fine paste and add to minced meat.
6. Add beaten eggs, followed by onions and green chillies.
7. Make lemon-sized balls from this mixture.
8. Press them gently to get cutlet shapes.
9. Pour ghee in a pan and fry kababs in low flame till they turn golden brown.
10. Decorate with coriander leaves and serve hot with salads and sauce.
