Mutton Fry in Kerala style

 

 Ingredients for Mutton Fry:

  1. Mutton pieces – 1 kg
  2. Coconut oil – 100 gm
  3. Onion finely chopped – ½ kg
  4. Ginger paste – 2 pieces
  5. Crushed garlic – 2 cloves
  6. Green chillies chopped – 2
  7. Chilli powder – 2 small spoons
  8. Turmeric powder – 1 small spoon
  9. Garam masala powder – 1 small spoon
  10. Tomato cut into small pieces – 2
  11. Curry leaves – 2 stem
  12. Salt – as required

How to prepare Mutton Fry

  1. Cook mutton adding salt and turmeric powder.
  2. Heat oil and sauté onion. Add ginger, garlic, green chilies and all the three powders and fry well.
