Mutton Dum Curry

 

Ingredients for Mutton Dum Curry:

  1. Mutton – 1 kg
  2. Onion – 1/2 kg
  3. Ginger chopped – 1 table spoon
  4. garlic chopped – 2 table spoon
  5. Green chillies chopped – 2
  6. Sunflower oil – 100 milli
  7. Garam masala -20 gm
  8. Chilli powder – 1tsp
  9. Coriander powder – 1 tsp
  10. Turmeric powder – 2 tsp
  11. Chicken masala – 2 tsp
  12. Tomato – 250gm
  13. Salt – as needed
  14. Coriander leaves – 2 stem
  15. Maida – 200 gm

Method of preparation of Mutton Dum Curry:

  1. Take a dum and add oil, garam masala, garlic and onion.
  2. Fry till it becomes golden brown
  3. Add 8-11 ingredients and mix well.
  4. Make tomato paste and add to it.
  5. Add mutton, salt, coriander leaves and sufficient water.
  6. Stir the contents well and close the lid.
