Mutton Coconut Fry
Ingredients for Mutton Coconut Fry:
- Mutton – 1 kg
- Coconut oil – 100 milli
- Coconut sliced to small thin pieces- 1/2
- Ginger paste – 2 table spoon
- Garlic paste – 2 table spoon
- Chillies – 5
- Curry leaves – 2 stem
- Onion – 2 stem
- Turmeric powder – 1 table spoon
- Coriander powder – 2 table spoon
- Chilli powder – 2 table spoon
- Meat masala – 1 table spoon
- Garam masala powder – 1 table spoon
- Fennel seeds powder – 1 table spoon
- Salt – as needed
Method of preparation of Mutton Coconut Fry:
- Heat oil in a pan and saute items 3 to 8.
- Add items 9-15 along with mutton and cook well.
- When it’s almost done add a little oil and make it a little dry.
